Move Fast But Don’t Rush

One thing that makes me instantly anxious is being rushed. I never liked it as a child and still don’t as an adult.

I remember being in grade school, and my mom seemed to always be rushing me. One time I made a mistake and put on a pair of “biker shorts”. It wasn’t until I got home from school that I was informed that I was wearing a “girdle”

Being rushed is different than moving quickly. Rushing or being rushed creates a reality that puts time as a cruel master that will withdraw your access to abundance if you don’t obey, and you as its fearful servant.

When we’re afraid that we’re getting too old to have what we want or that time is running thin for us to do what we need to do, we can find ourselves rushing and making unnecessary mistakes instead of trusting.

Truth is, we all are born with a pace that feels juicy and alive, Gay and Katie Hendricks call it our essence pace. And we’re in essence pace we operate from a place of rest and ease getting ish done like a ninja!

When we’re in essence pace we trust that all that we need is available and that God’s timing is perfect.

If you’ve been struggling to get yourself moving or been feeling the weight of TIME, know that you’re exactly where you need to be at this very moment and you’ll arrive right on time to your desired destination!

I teach more on essence pace and how to tap into its power in my workshop SH Essentials coming in March 2023!
