The Structure

  • This 90-minute meeting involves me and you going all in from the start. We look at where you are and map out what it looks like to take life to the next level by accomplishing your goals and getting the results you deserve!

  • The container is the method of connection (in person, virtual, or both) and the duration of the coaching relationship. Coaching packages start at 6 weeks. However, because each client's needs are different, you and I can work together to personalize a package just for you.
